We will like to thanks xarxa home for a fantastic renovation in our apartment in Puerto Portals (Mallorca).They managed to rebuild the apartment and throw great architect works making feel bigger. We were confident thrue the hole process. We warmly recommend their services.

We bought a house in Costa Den Blanes in 2001 from( XARXA CREATING HOMES ) The house they built was extremely well constructed. From 2001 until 2015 we only had a normal maintenance of the house. In 2015 we contacted XARXA again! it was very positive, because it was the same family (Borras) who we bought the house from in 2001. Now after 16 years we wanted to renovate the house, we wanted a new kitchen, new floors both outside and inside, new bathrooms, a total makeover! In their company they have all skills you need, architects, constructers Etc. Xarxa has helped us choose all materials: As tiles indoors/ outdoors, kitchen , bathrooms, electricity well everything actually. We are so happy in our ”new house” and so pleased with their work. 4 months later we had a new perfect house again thanks to XARXA!

We are from Sweden and hired Xarxa homes to make a renovation in our appartment in Portals.  We were afraid that the company would have a typical Spainsh way of ”mañana, mañana” approach during the renovation but we could not have been more wrong! Instead Luis and the other staff in Xarxa homes were very dedicated and commited to our project.

Luis put a lot of effort in fullfilling our wish and searched for the best solutions, eventhough it was not always easy to find! We find Luis and Xarxa home very trustworthy and would never hesitate to use them again in the future. They managed to make the renovation within the tight timelimit that we had.
