"After more than 60 years with the sometimes artic climate of Sweden, we wanted a second home in Mallorca, with a much more pleasant climate.Through recommendation from a friend we came in contact with Xarxa and Luis Borras.Xarxa helped us to source and buy our dream house in Santa Ponsa, as well as assisting us through all legal procedures, which can be a bit tricky for foreigners.Since Xarxa except from being a property broker also are builders, they did a total interior renovation for us of the house, with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floor tiles in the whole house etc.The outside plot was more or less a big pile of concrete (!). Xarxa renovated the whole area, now with beautiful green areas, orange trees, grapes, fig trees and much more.In all renovations Xarxa has kept the quoted budget, has a skilled and friendly staff, why it is our pleasure to give them our best recommendations."
