On this ground floor the Macael marble floor has been preserved and the parts damaged by the change of layout of the living room have been restored with a matt honed finish. The entrance has been opened up to connect the living-dining room and the kitchen. The new kitchen has been fitted with lacquered wooden furniture and a Carrara marble worktop. New double glazed windows and air conditioning system with heat pump have been installed in each of the
bedrooms. Finally, the master bedroom has been modified, with new fitted wardrobes inside and the bathroom has been completely remodelled with a large window that allows natural light to enter and the views of the garden to be enjoyed.
